Ingredients
2 cups Ground Almonds
1 cup sliced or chopped almonds
1 cup dessicated coconut
1 tbsp vanilla extract (not essence)
1/2 cup coconut oil and 1/2 cup honey (or 1 cup honey)
Plain/Dark/flavoured chocolate (optional)
Method:
Put all dry ingredients into a bowl.
Gently warm honey & coconut oil then add all wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
Add more or less wet ingredients until mixture is holding together.
Press mixture into a baking tray/dish and put into fridge until set. (I line with baking paper to make it easier to get out of dish, but its not essential).
Melt chocolate and spread over top of mixture, leave to set.
Cut into slices :D
