Meditation Script for Letting Go & Forgiveness

Get comfortable.. if you`re lying down let your whole body relax and become comfy. Allow your arms to relax down by your side, (if you`re sitting, then relax your hands on your lap or at your side) in whatever way feels comfy) and your feet apart and settled on the floor.
And close your eyes. This is your time now, so leave all your worries at the door. Allow yourself to relax into the flow of the moment.  There is only right here, right now. Notice any sounds outside of the room, acknowledge them and let them go. Notice any sounds inside of the room, acknowledge them and let them go.
Tell your body to relax. Let your feet & legs soften into position. Drop your shoulders. Relax your hands. Allow your full body to soften down and relax into a natural position.
Take a deep cleansing breath in…and let it flow out again, breathing out the tension in your body.
Allow your breathing to fall into its own natural rhythm, not trying to control it in any way.
Keep your awareness to your breath. Notice the cool sensation as it goes in through your nose, down the back of your throat, and into your lungs. Then notice as it leaves again back through your throat and nose. Let your breathing fall into its natural rhythm. Just observe it as it moves in and out. In and out. Acknowledge any random thoughts that come into your mind and let them go, as you bring your attention back to your breathing, in and out. Watching your natural breathing rhythm, in and out..
If thoughts intrude, just acknowledge them then allow them to flow on past, and return your attention to your breathing..
Now as you inhale, feel yourself breathing in relaxation.
As you exhale, feel yourself breathe out tension. Breathing in…relaxation. Breathing out…tension.
With every in-breath, you breathe in relaxation. With every out- breath your shoulders drop and your body relaxes.
Feel your chest and stomach gently rise and fall with each breath. Notice how your body feels. How calm and gentle your breathing is, how relaxed your body is.
Continue watching your breathing, and staying mindful of it.. in and out.

As you drift off, allow my voice to bring your attention back to your breathing. Just watching your natural breathing rhythm as it comes in and goes out, breathing in and out..allowing the relaxation to flow in and out..

Think of a person that you wish to let go of or cut off from or forgive. It might be someone who is presently in your life, regularly or not so frequent. They might be near to you or far away. Or it might be someone from your past.  Visualise the person standing in front of you. Think of your reasons for letting this person or issue to leave your life. It may be because the person or situation harms your well-being or causes you to feel negative emotions.. or simply because it is time to let go of the situation once and for all. Let yourself feel all the emotions attached to the situation and the person.
Now bring your attention to your Solar Plexus, your stomach area… visualise a fine silvery energy cord that reaches from your solar plexus to their solar plexus, this silver cord that creates the link, the attachment to each other. See it radiate and pulsate as it feeds the energy connection.  Every time you even think about this person or be in contact with this person, the link between you is being strengthened.
Now imagine that you have a big pair of golden scissors in your hands… visualise yourself cutting through this energy cord with the scissors. If it does not cut through the first time, do it again with emotional strength behind it. Detaching yourself from this person.  Dissolving the connection.
You are now completely detached. I want you to surround the person with healing green light, wish them well, bless them with love and forgiveness for their journey and watch them turn around and move off on their path.
Feel the release around your solar plexus. I want you to pull any remaining energy back into your solar plexus..  cover and seal your solar plexus chakra with yellow light, telling yourself “I bring all my energy back to me”. You are safe and protected. You hold your own power with love.
Let yourself now be aware of any feelings of heaviness leftover- in your body or energy field or emotional. Visualise yourself under a gentle waterfall or shower of silver light. let this light pour over you, through you and out through your hands and feet and every orifice. Clearing and cleansing your energy field of any negative residue.
Bring your attention now to your chest area. Here, you can see a little green light, the emerald green of the heart chakra. Gently breathe into your Heart, letting it soften with each breath. Allow the green light to expand, to get brighter, to gently swirl in your chest. As you breathe out, let go of any tension in your heart. Allow it all to leave your heart with every out breath.
Release any negative emotions from your heart centre that have been wearing you down. Allow yourself to feel these emotions as they leave your body. Feel the pain and let it go with each out breath.. release all pain, unforgiveness, anger, grief, self loathing, loss, regret. It is natural to feel these emotions, and it is healthy to feel them deeply then let them go. Allow it all to leave the heart centre to make space for love. As you let go of the past, you realise that there are no mistakes, only lessons and growth as you move forward. Continuous cycles of learning and growing. Situations and people entering your life, and leaving again when the purpose is served. Everyone we meet is for a reason..a blessing or a lesson. Everything is happening in the right way at the right time.
And just as the body needs time to heal from an illness, the heart and soul also need time to heal from hurt, pain, anger, a gradual process of growing and healing. For now in this moment of time, let go of any hurt in your heart, make room to invite in another little bit of peace and healing, new and beautiful people and situations.
Bring your attention back to your heart chakra…gently swirling ready to invite in some beautiful green light - the colour of spring. Bathe your heart centre with nourishment, renewal, healing. Let your Heart takes what it needs and tell yourself-
“I easily forgive myself and others. I lovingly forgive myself.
They are free and I am free.  All is well in my heart now.
I allow myself to give and receive love freely”
Fill up your heart centre with the green light, allowing it to heal you with every in breath. The green glow brings you deep love, compassion, balance. As you breathe in, allow it to fill up your whole chest area. You are loved. You are free. You are back to centre.
This is the chakra of love for yourself and others. Let it glow, bringing gifts of compassion, self-acceptance, and the ability to love deeply. Breathe in pink or green and let these feelings expand, seeing yourself living in perfect harmony with everyone in your life. Let it fill you with gratitude for this opportunity to live in this wonderful world. Feel your heart swell with compassion and forgiveness for yourself and others.
With every breath in allow this wonderful light to fill your heart, and radiate through your body, filling every little space, healing every cell that it fills. Let the light fill your heart and body until it is overflowing, until you have more than you need. Until you can spread your light and love back out again with the world, drawing it in through your heart chakra and letting it flow back out, in a beautiful cycle. Spend a few moments allowing yourself to breathe in the healing light, dissolving all those negative feelings.
Now visualise your heart chakra closing down a little, into the size of a fairy light, back to normal function.

Now, bring your awareness back to the flow of your breathing, in and out, in and out. Feel the cool breath in your nose and throat. Notice the natural movement of your tummy, rising & falling, as you breathe. Be aware again of your full body as it rests against the floor or seat. Bring your attention to your toes, and give them a little wiggle. Then to your fingers and give them a little wiggle. Give your shoulders a little shrug. Let yourself be aware of the room again, of all the sounds close by. And when you feel ready to, you can open your eyes, bringing yourself back to the present moment. Nice and gently, soaking up all the lovely feelings.
Take your time and have a little stretch.

The 4 Clairs

The 4 Clair`s of Intuition are a natural way of perceiving your life experience.
We are all born with intuition, an inner knowing, gut feelings, instincts, sixth sense. I call it our own inner satnav or guiding light.
There are 4 ways to describe intuition and most of us have a clair that is naturally dominant, but each one can be fully developed at any stage in life, and they can also be dulled down just like a muscle that isn’t being exercised.

Clairvoyant/Clairvoyance
To See:  Physically seeing Energy- sparkles, orbs, spirit, energy etc.  Visions. Premonitions. Inner vision. Pictures in mind’s eye.  Dreams. Seeing visual signs: synchronicities and coincidences in pictures, books, TV, feathers, numbers. Seeing clearly the truth of a situation. Seeing or not seeing things in the same way as someone.

Clairaudient/Clairaudience
To Hear:  Physically hearing Energy or hearing it in your head- sounds, noises, music, spirit or angels, singing. Knocking. The inner voice inside your head. Hearing clearly the truth of a situation.  Hearing synchronicities and coincidences as advice from others, radio, repetitive music, phone ringing 3 times etc.

Clairsentient/Empath/Clairsentience
To Feel: Physically feeling Energy- tingles, coolness/heat, smell, touch from spirit or angels. Feeling the energy in a room or feeling other peoples energy. To get a `good` or `bad` feeling about something. Gut feelings. Feeling sensations within your physical body. “Putting the feelers out”. Getting a `feeling` about a person or place. Feeling on the same wavelength as someone.

Claircognisant/Claircognisance

To Know: Thinking Energy- just knowing something. Having specific thoughts. Knowing that Spirit or Angels are nearby. “I just know!”.  Having a bright idea. Knowledge from unknown source or book. Insights about people and situations. Solutions to problems. Being certain about something without really knowing why.

GCCP: Grounding, Centering, Connecting, Protecting

GCCP-  Ground, Centre, Connect, Protect your energy
Exercise: Feeling The Flow of Your Energy
Place your hands palm to palm. Briskly rub your hands together. Now, slowly begin to move them apart. As you do this, focus on the sensations in your palms.  Do you feel a tingling? A heat? A slight pressure? If not, try rubbing your hands together again and closing your eyes, to filter out distractions.  When you feel something, slowly, move your hands apart to see how long you can maintain the recognition of the physical sensations.
Congratulations! You have experienced the first step towards working with your personal energies. Don't be alarmed or discouraged if you felt little or nothing the first time. Many people have to practice for quite some time before they have discernible, physical sensations.
Grounding- Close your eyes and imagine strong energy roots coming from your feet down into the earth, connecting you with nature and grounding you. Push the roots deep down into the centre of the earth. Allow the beautiful earthy energy to travel back up through the roots to fill your entire body with all the valuable nutrients and power from nature. Tell yourself “I am grounded”.
Centering- Now bring your attention to your solar plexus chakra, just above your abdomen. Visualise the little golden yellow whirlpool of this chakra  now acting as a magnet to pull all your scattered energies from the day back to you. Visualise your aura, the energy field emanating out from you,  being pulled in closer to your physical body. Bring it in nice and close and tell yourself  “I bring all my energy back to me”.
Connecting- Now bring your attention to your forehead, and imagine there is a closed eyelid just like your physical eyes. This is your Third Eye. Visualise this eyelid opening just the same way as your physical eyes do. Visualise the deep blue chakra here spinning and pulling in all the information you need into your Third Eye. Tell yourself “Everything I need to know is revealed to me”.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head, your crown chakra- a lovely little violet light spinning just above your head.  Think about where you believe to be the centre of the universe, source, God, whatever you perceive it to be. From that centre visualise a strong pillar of bright white light coming down into your crown chakra (the top of your head), imagine it pouring down into your head filling you with fresh energy. Tell yourself “I am connected to the Divine”
(NB- Remember to close down the Chakras and Third Eye if overwhelmed and at night).
Protecting- Now visualise your aura, your energy field that is emanating from your body.  Surround your aura in a shield of light, a deep blue, strong shield of light. Only love gets through this shield of light. You can also surround this further with a sparkling gold shield that `zaps` away unwanted energies- use what works best for you. Tell yourself “ I am protected. Only love gets through”.

Closing down the chakras

Bring your attention back to your forehead, your brow chakra, the indigo light spinning, I want you to imagine it closing down to normal function, to the size of a little fairy light. Bring your attention to the top of your head, your crown chakra, the violet light spinning. And imagine it too closing down to normal function, the size of a fairy light.

Chakra Meditation- Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra

Colour-Breathing Meditation for
Sahasrara/Crown Chakra

Get comfortable.. if you`re lying down let your whole body relax and become comfy. If you`re sitting, then relax your hands on your lap or at your side, whatever way feels comfy.
And close your eyes. This is your time now, so leave all your worries at the door. Allow yourself to relax into the flow of the moment. Whatever comes easily for you is just right. There is only right here, right now, the future and the past do not exist right now.
Now tell your head and face to relax. Your scalp and hair. Your ears, your jaw and chin, your cheeks, your nose, your eyes, and your eyebrows..your forehead, all soft and relaxed.
Take a cleansing breath in…and breathe out the tension in your body.
Allow your breathing to fall into its own natural rhythm, not trying to control it in any way. Just observing as you breathe in relaxation, and breathe out tension. Breathing in, breathing out. Just watching the natural rhythm of your breathing.
If thoughts intrude, allow them to flow on past, and return your attention to your breathing. Breathing in, breathing out (repeat).
Bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine a lovely little violet blue light there…swirling out from the top of your head like a little whirlpool. Try to notice how it feels, how it looks. Try to get a sense of how it is functioning, can you feel any tingling? What thoughts are popping into your head? Is it swirling and moving, what speed is it, does it feel fast or slow, a little small light or a big enlarged light. Can you see any colour in your minds eye?  Visualise again the little violet light at the top of your head, watch as this violet glow starts to gently spread out and get bigger as it spins.
Now bring your attention to your breathing- breathing in relaxation breathing out tension (repeat).  As you  breathe in, visualise yourself breathing in violet light. With every in-breath you pull in more fresh violet light, allowing it to fill your whole head and spread down into your chest, out into your arms and hands. Down into your tummy, your legs and your feet, filling you up with violet light. Allow it to fill your entire body, while connecting with all other chakras. Breathing in violet light (repeat).
As you breathe in this violet light it brings you connection, wisdom, enlightenment.
As you breathe out, the violet light removes all blockages. Feel the lovely violet glow as it gently spins and envelops you. Breathing in violet light. Tell yourself you are connected, you are all knowing. Breathing in violet light (repeat).
(Closing down the Chakra): Bring your attention back to the top of your head, to the violet light of the Crown Chakra. Visualise the swirling violet light getting smaller, bringing it down to around the size of a fairy light, bringing it back down to normal function. Repeat to yourself “My Crown Chakra is working at normal function”.

Bring your awareness back to the flow of your breathing, in and out, in and out. Notice the cool breath as it comes in through your nose and down the back of your throat and into your lungs. Notice the natural movement of your tummy as you breathe, in and out. Be aware of your full body again as it rests against the floor. Bring your attention to your toes, and give them a little wiggle. Then to your fingers and give them a little wiggle. Give your shoulders a little shrug. Let yourself be aware of the room again, of all the sounds close by. And when you feel ready to, you can open your eyes and bring yourself back to this present moment in time.

Breathing in blue light up into your head, letting it fill your entire body, connecting with all other chakras.
As you breathe in this turquoise blue light it brings you truth, clear expression, good listening.
As you breathe out, the blue light removes all blockages. Feel the lovely blue glow as it gently spins and envelops you. Breathing in blue light, breathing out tension. Tell yourself you are clear, you are truthful, you are expressive. Breathing in blue light, breathing out tension (repeat).
Imagine again this spinning sky-blue orb, and imagine it opening like a twirling flower, stretching out wide in diameter. Now see the light and energy of Divine positive guidance pouring into you, into your mind and your hearing, enlightening every cell of your being. Hold this image for five to seven.
(Closing down the Chakra): Bring your attention back to your chest area, to the green light of the Heart Chakra. Visualise the swirling blue light getting smaller, bringing it down to around the size of a fairy light, bringing it back down to normal function. Repeat to yourself “My Throat Chakra is working at normal function”.

And when you feel ready to, you can open your eyes.

Chakra Meditation- Anahata (Heart Chakra)

Colour-Breathing Meditation for
 Anahata/Heart Chakra

Get comfortable.. if you`re lying down let your whole body relax and become comfy. If you`re sitting, then relax your hands on your lap or at your side, whatever way feels comfy.
And close your eyes. This is your time now, so leave all your worries at the door. Allow yourself to relax into the flow of the moment. Whatever comes easily for you is just right. There is only right here, right now, the future and the past do not exist right now.

Bring your attention to your chest area. Imagine a lovely little green light there…swirling around like a little whirlpool. Visualise again the little green light around your chest area, watch as the green glow starts to gently spread out and get bigger as it spins.
Now bring your attention to your breathing- breathing in and breathing out. (repeat) As you  breathe in, visualise yourself breathing in emerald green light down into your chest area. With every in-breath you pull in more fresh green light, allowing it to fill your Heart Chakra and your chest area, spreading out through your whole body. Breathing in green light, down into your arms and hands. Down into your pelvis, your legs and toes. Breathing in green light up into your chest, your head,  filling your entire body, connecting with all other chakras.
Focus again on your chest area, on the swirling green light chakra centre, visualise in the centre a little pink rosebud. Allow this pink rosebud to unfurl slowly, petal by petal, opening out into a beautiful pink flower surrounded by glowing green light, with a golden yellow centre. Know that you are safe as you open out your heart centre to give and receive love.
As you breathe in this green light it brings you love, compassion, forgiveness, an open heart.  As you breathe out, the green light heals your heart and dissolves all fear. Feel the lovely green glow as it gently spins and envelops you. Breathing in green light, breathing out tension. Tell yourself you are loving, you are loveable, you are loved. Breathing in green light, breathing out tension (repeat).
(Closing down the Chakra): Bring your attention back to your chest area, to the green light of the Heart Chakra. Visualise the swirling green light getting smaller, bringing it down to around the size of a fairy light, bringing it back down to normal function. Repeat to yourself “My Heart Chakra is working at normal function”.
