SIMPLE SOUPS- Chilli Bean Soup

Ingredients:
Garlic
Onion
Red Pepper
Chopped Tomatoes
Kidney Beans
Chilli Powder or fresh or dried chilli
Cumin (extra spices add extra flavour but chilli powder alone would be enough)
Veg Stock








Method:
Chop veggies and lightly cook in butter or oil.
Add everything else and simmer until cooked.
