<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Get comfortable.. if
you`re lying down let your whole body relax and become comfy. Allow your arms
to relax down by your side, (if you`re sitting, then relax your hands on your
lap or at your side) in whatever way feels comfy) and your feet apart and
settled on the floor. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">And close your eyes. This
is your time now, so leave all your worries at the door. Allow yourself to relax
into the flow of the moment. There is
only right here, right now. Notice any sounds outside of the room, acknowledge
them and let them go. Notice any sounds inside of the room, acknowledge them
and let them go. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Tell your body to relax.
Let your feet & legs soften into position. Drop your shoulders. Relax your
hands. Allow your full body to soften down and relax into a natural position.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Take a deep cleansing breath in…and let it
flow out again, breathing out the tension in your body.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Allow your breathing to
fall into its own natural rhythm, not trying to control it in any way. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Keep your awareness to
your breath. Notice the cool sensation as it goes in through your nose, down
the back of your throat, and into your lungs. Then notice as it leaves again back
through your throat and nose. Let your breathing fall into its natural rhythm.
Just observe it as it moves in and out. In and out. Acknowledge any random
thoughts that come into your mind and let them go, as you bring your attention
back to your breathing, in and out. Watching your natural breathing rhythm, in
and out..<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">If thoughts intrude, just
acknowledge them then allow them to flow on past, and return your attention to
your breathing..<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now as you inhale, feel
yourself breathing in relaxation.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">As you exhale, feel
yourself breathe out tension. Breathing in…relaxation. Breathing out…tension.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">With every in-breath, you
breathe in relaxation. With every out- breath your shoulders drop and your body
relaxes.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Feel
your chest and stomach gently rise and fall with each breath. Notice how your
body feels. How calm and gentle your breathing is, how relaxed your body is.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Continue watching your
breathing, and staying mindful of it.. in and out.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">As you drift off, allow my
voice to bring your attention back to your breathing. Just watching your
natural breathing rhythm as it comes in and goes out, breathing in and
out..allowing the relaxation to flow in and out..</span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><span style="line-height: 115%;"> <o:p></o:p></span>Think of a
person that you wish to let go of or cut off from or forgive. It might be
someone who is presently in your life, regularly or not so frequent. They might
be near to you or far away. Or it might be someone from your past. Visualise the person standing in front of
you. Think of your reasons for letting this person or issue to leave your life.
It may be because the person or situation harms your well-being or causes you
to feel negative emotions.. or simply because it is time to let go of the
situation once and for all. Let yourself feel all the emotions attached to the
situation and the person.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Now bring your attention to your Solar Plexus,
your stomach area… visualise a fine silvery energy cord that reaches from your
solar plexus to their solar plexus, this silver cord that creates the link, the
attachment to each other. See it radiate and pulsate as it feeds the energy
connection. Every time you even think
about this person or be in contact with this person, the link between you is
being strengthened.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now imagine
that you have a big pair of golden scissors in your hands… visualise yourself
cutting through this energy cord with the scissors. If it does not cut through
the first time, do it again with emotional strength behind it. Detaching
yourself from this person. Dissolving
the connection. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">You are now
completely detached. I want you to surround the person with healing green
light, wish them well, bless them with love and forgiveness for their journey
and watch them turn around and move off on their path. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Feel the release around your solar plexus. I
want you to pull any remaining energy back into your solar plexus.. cover and seal your solar plexus chakra with
yellow light, telling yourself “I bring all my energy back to me”. You are safe
and protected. You hold your own power with love.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 12.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Let yourself now be aware of
any feelings of heaviness leftover- in your body or energy field or emotional.
Visualise yourself under a gentle waterfall or shower of silver light. let this
light pour over you, through you and out through your hands and feet and every
orifice. Clearing and cleansing your energy field of any negative residue.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Bring your
attention now to your chest area. Here, you can see a little green light, the
emerald green of the heart chakra. Gently breathe into your Heart, letting it
soften with each breath. Allow the green light to expand, to get brighter, to
gently swirl in your chest. As you breathe out, let go of any tension in your
heart. Allow it all to leave your heart with every out breath.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Release any
negative emotions from your heart centre that have been wearing you down. Allow
yourself to feel these emotions as they leave your body. Feel the pain and let
it go with each out breath.. release all pain, unforgiveness, anger, grief,
self loathing, loss, regret. It is natural to feel these emotions, and it is
healthy to feel them deeply then let them go. Allow it all to leave the heart
centre to make space for love. As you let go of the past, you realise that there
are no mistakes, only lessons and growth as you move forward. Continuous cycles
of learning and growing. Situations and people entering your life, and leaving
again when the purpose is served. Everyone we meet is for a reason..a blessing
or a lesson. Everything is happening in the right way at the right time. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">And just as
the body needs time to heal from an illness, the heart and soul also need time
to heal from hurt, pain, anger, a gradual process of growing and healing. For
now in this moment of time, let go of any hurt in your heart, make room to
invite in another little bit of peace and healing, new and beautiful people and
situations.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Bring your attention back to your heart
chakra…gently swirling ready to invite in some beautiful green light - the colour
of spring. Bathe your heart centre with nourishment, renewal, healing. Let your
Heart takes what it needs and tell yourself-<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> “I easily forgive
myself and others. I lovingly forgive myself. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> They are free and I
am free. All is well in my heart now.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> I allow
myself to give and receive love freely”<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"> Fill up your heart centre with the green
light, allowing it to heal you with every in breath. The green glow brings you
deep love, compassion, balance. As you breathe in, allow it to fill up your
whole chest area. You are loved. You are free. You are back to centre. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">This is the
chakra of love for yourself and others. Let it glow, bringing gifts of
compassion, self-acceptance, and the ability to love deeply. Breathe in pink or
green and let these feelings expand, seeing yourself living in perfect harmony
with everyone in your life. Let it fill you with gratitude for this opportunity
to live in this wonderful world. Feel your heart swell with compassion and
forgiveness for yourself and others. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">With every breath in allow this
wonderful light to fill your heart, and radiate through your body, filling
every little space, healing every cell that it fills. Let the light fill your heart
and body until it is overflowing, until you have more than you need. Until you
can spread your light and love back out again with the world, drawing it in
through your heart chakra and letting it flow back out, in a beautiful cycle.
Spend a few moments allowing yourself to breathe in the healing light,
dissolving all those negative feelings.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now
visualise your heart chakra closing down a little, into the size of a fairy
light, back to normal function.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Now, bring your awareness back to the flow of your
breathing, in and out, in and out. Feel the cool breath in your nose and
throat. Notice the natural movement of your tummy, rising & falling, as you
breathe. Be aware again of your full body as it rests against the floor or
seat. Bring your attention to your toes, and give them a little wiggle. Then to
your fingers and give them a little wiggle. Give your shoulders a little shrug.
Let yourself be aware of the room again, of all the sounds close by. And when
you feel ready to, you can open your eyes, bringing yourself back to the
present moment. Nice and gently, soaking up all the lovely feelings.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Take your time and have a little stretch</span></span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">.</span> <o:p></o:p></div>

<b><u><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 16.0pt; line-height: 115%;">The 4 Clair`s of

perceiving your life experience.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">We
are all born with intuition, an inner knowing, gut feelings, instincts, sixth
sense. I call it our own inner satnav or guiding light. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">There
are 4 ways to describe intuition and most of us have a clair that is naturally
dominant, but each one can be fully developed at any stage in life, and they
can also be dulled down just like a muscle that isn’t being exercised.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

spirit, energy etc. Visions.
Premonitions. Inner vision. Pictures in mind’s eye. Dreams. Seeing visual signs: synchronicities
and coincidences in pictures, books, TV, feathers, numbers. Seeing clearly the
truth of a situation. Seeing or not seeing things in the same way as someone. </span><o:p></o:p></div>

your head- sounds, noises, music, spirit or angels, singing. Knocking. The
inner voice inside your head. Hearing clearly the truth of a situation. Hearing synchronicities and coincidences as
advice from others, radio, repetitive music, phone ringing 3 times etc. </span><o:p></o:p></div>

<b><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To Feel:</span></b><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">
Physically feeling Energy- tingles, coolness/heat, smell, touch from spirit or
angels. Feeling the energy in a room or feeling other peoples energy. To get a
`good` or `bad` feeling about something. Gut feelings. Feeling sensations
within your physical body. “Putting the feelers out”. Getting a `feeling` about
a person or place. Feeling on the same wavelength as someone.</span><o:p></o:p></div>

<b><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">To Know:</span></b><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 14.0pt; line-height: 115%;">
Thinking Energy- just knowing something. Having specific thoughts. Knowing that
Spirit or Angels are nearby. “I just know!”.
Having a bright idea. Knowledge from unknown source or book. Insights
about people and situations. Solutions to problems. Being certain about
something without really knowing why. </span><o:p></o:p></div>

<b><u><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">GCCP- Ground, Centre, Connect, Protect your energy<o:p></o:p></span></u></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Exercise: Feeling The Flow of Your Energy<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Place your hands palm to palm.
Briskly rub your hands together. Now, slowly begin to move them apart. As you
do this, focus on the sensations in your palms.
Do you feel a tingling? A heat? A slight pressure? If not, try rubbing
your hands together again and closing your eyes, to filter out distractions. When you feel something, slowly, move your
hands apart to see how long you can maintain the recognition of the physical
sensations.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Congratulations! You have experienced the first step towards
working with your personal energies. Don't be alarmed or discouraged if you
felt little or nothing the first time. Many people have to practice for quite
some time before they have discernible, physical sensations.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Grounding-</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Close your eyes and imagine strong
energy roots coming from your feet down into the earth, connecting you with
nature and grounding you. Push the roots deep down into the centre of the
earth. Allow the beautiful earthy energy to travel back up through the roots to
fill your entire body with all the valuable nutrients and power from nature.
Tell yourself “I am grounded”.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Centering-</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Now bring your attention to your
solar plexus chakra, just above your abdomen. Visualise the little golden
yellow whirlpool of this chakra now
acting as a magnet to pull all your scattered energies from the day back to you.
Visualise your aura, the energy field emanating out from you, being pulled in closer to your physical body.
Bring it in nice and close and tell yourself
“I bring all my energy back to me”.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Connecting-</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">
Now bring your attention to your forehead, and imagine there is a closed eyelid
just like your physical eyes. This is your Third Eye. Visualise this eyelid
opening just the same way as your physical eyes do. Visualise the deep blue
chakra here spinning and pulling in all the information you need into your
Third Eye. Tell yourself “Everything I need to know is revealed to me”. </span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Now bring your attention to the top
of your head, your crown chakra- a lovely little violet light spinning just
above your head. Think about where you
believe to be the centre of the universe, source, God, whatever you perceive it
to be. From that centre visualise a strong pillar of bright white light coming
down into your crown chakra (the top of your head), imagine it pouring down
into your head filling you with fresh energy. Tell yourself “I am connected to
the Divine” <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">(NB- Remember to close down the Chakras and Third Eye if
overwhelmed and at night).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Protecting-</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">
Now visualise your aura, your energy field that is emanating from your
body. Surround your aura in a shield of
light, a deep blue, strong shield of light. Only love gets through this shield
of light. You can also surround this further with a sparkling gold shield that
`zaps` away unwanted energies- use what works best for you. Tell yourself “ I
am protected. Only love gets through”.</span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Closing down the chakras<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Bring your attention back to your
forehead, your brow chakra, the indigo light spinning, I want you to imagine it
closing down to normal function, to the size of a little fairy light. Bring
your attention to the top of your head, your crown chakra, the violet light

<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Self-Preparation:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Its
important to prepare yourself for a house clearing both mentally, physically
and energetically. This can be done in different ways:<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">GCCP: Ground, Centre, Connect and Protect. (See attached). During
a clearing you will be shifting all the energy that has been stored or stagnant
within each room, therefore it is advisable to carry out this routine prior to
a cleanse in order to protect your own energy from absorbing the energy you are
clearing out.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Meditation: Some meditation before a clearing is very useful
in getting you relaxed and connected in order to heighten your awareness of the
energy in the room. During your meditation is also the time to call on any
guardians, angels or guides to help with your clearing.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Set the Intention: Having a clear idea in your mind of what
you intend for the clearing will remove any fears and help you to remain
focused throughout.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Shower: It is a good idea to cleanse your body before a clearing
and definitely after a clearing as water is a natural purifier. Washing your
hands after a clearing is the very least you should do.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Wearing red: This can be useful to help you remain grounded
throughout. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Moon energy: Using the Moon cycles to
pinpoint times for clearing and inviting new energy (see attached moon cycle). <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Space Preparation:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Air: Open the windows to give the shifted energy somewhere to
go as well as allowing a breath of fresh air into the room.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Clean: Physically tidy and clean the room especially dusting
the corners.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Sense the energy: Have a walk around each room and take notice
of the energy. Use your 4 clairs to sense how the energy feels. (See attached
for the 4 clairs). Is it light or heavy? Are you intuitively drawn to any
particular areas? Do you feel any tingles? etc.. Energy is very often stored in
the corners of a room and within the walls and furniture especially stone
walls. You can use a pendulum to dowse the energy of the space especially if
you need to establish the presence of any entities (note you should consult an
experienced space clearer or medium for this).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Create a sacred circle: by placing 4 candles in each corner. Fire,
like water and earth will also purify the space as well as form a protective
circle. This is a good time to call on the Guardians or Angels of the four
directions to protect the space during the clearing. (see affirmations). <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Onions: You can cut onions into quarters and set in the four
corners of the room to absorb energy. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Salt: Setting a bowl of salt in the centre of the room can
also absorb energy.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Affirmations:</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Affirmations can be used throughout each step of a clearing.
Here are a few examples:<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">While setting the intention you could affirm “I intend to
clear, cleanse and purify this house of all negative energy, and replace with
new, fresh, positive energy.”<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">As you physically tidy the room you could affirm “I bless
this ______(item) with love and thank it for its use. I tidy it safely away to
use another time”<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">During the clearing you could affirm “Cleanse this house and
make it clear, only good may enter here.” or “I bless this room with love” or “Out
with the old in with the new”<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">During the space prep as you light the candles you could
affirm “I call on the Guardian/Angel of the North to protect this space” and go
through each direction.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">After the clearing when you are inviting new energy into your
home you could affirm “All that is fine now appear, know that you are welcome
here.” and “I invite ________(peace, loving relationship etc) into this space.
Make this house your home and I will be grateful in return. And so it is”<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Crystals: </span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">There
are many crystals that may be useful throughout each stage of your clearing. You
may wish to use Selenite to help absorb negative energy. You might wear Tigers
Eye to help you remain grounded throughout. You might also use crystals during
your Invitation stage eg Rose Quartz in the bedroom for harmonious
relationships or placed according to your Feng Shui Bagua. Cleanse and charge
your crystals and set their intention before using. (see attached).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Clearing the Space:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Angels:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">During the clearing you can call on
the angels to help, especially Archangel Michael and the Band of Mercy. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">“Through the authority invested in me
by the Cosmic Christ Consciousness, I deliberately call forth to the energy of
the Archangel Michael and the **Band of Mercy to enter the home, body, car and
place of work of _____________ to remove all negative influences and entities. I
ask that these energies and entities be taken into the light for transmutation
and that there be no negative side effects physical, mental or emotional to ___________`s
body. I ask that ____________`s body now be triple sealed (visualise the person
in three bubbles of light, purple, pink and white) against any further invasion
of negative forces.” <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">**The Band of Mercy is a group of
Angels whose job it is to move lost souls out of the astral plane.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Call on the Archangel Jophiel who is the `Feng Shui Angel` the angel of beautiful surroundings.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Sound:</span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"> Using
sound will shift energy. Clapping your hands loudly around the whole room especially
into the corners is advised. You could also use a Gong or a Tibetan Singing Bowl
or Tingshas for a smaller space. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Sage/Incense: </span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Burning
white sage has traditionally been the most effective way to clear a space. Waft
it around the room especially into corners. You may wish to use a feather to do
this. Burning Incense will also help to disinfect a space. You could also burn
or spray Essential oils such as Lavender. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Symbolism/Reiki: </span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Reiki symbols are a powerful way to empower your space clearing if you
are a Reiki Practitioner. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Inviting in new energy:<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">After you have cleared your space you
should take time to notice how the energy in the room now feels. Notice any
spots that still heavy or not right and redo them.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Then you should spend time inviting
in new energy, You can use various tools for this. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Colour: </span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You
could decorate the room or an altar with different coloured objects, ribbons, candles, flowers, paintings etc to invite in a
particular quality. (see colour chart attached).<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">Feng Shui: </span></b><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;">You
could do some basic feng shui if you cant consult an expert. Notice the
physical space, the furniture layout and how the energy might flow into and
around the room. Take note of how mirrors are reflecting the energy and the
positioning of plants and crystals to absorb energy for example near electronics.
Use objects and symbolism within each room eg if you are trying to invite in
love place a statue of a loving couple in the bedroom, make sure there are no
pictures of lone ladies etc. Use affirmations to state what you are inviting
into each space eg in the kitchen “I invite warm homely get togethers with
nutritious meals”. You could use an easy feng shui bagua to pinpoint the areas
of the house.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%;"><br /></span></div>

<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">In the early weeks of pregnancy I took a craving for what I call `Hotel soup`- the blended vegetable soup you get at weddings or in hotels on a Sunday, so I had to come up with my own version. Its very simple and tasty, and without the MSG that Im sure hotels add to their version! </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><u>Ingredients:</u></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">One clove of garlic.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Equal amounts of the following veg chopped:</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Leek</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Broccoli</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Celery</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Carrot</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Half the amount of potato chopped</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Vegetable stock- enough to cook the veg. Add more liquid if you prefer thin soup. The best I have found for flavour is Swiss Marigold Bouillon</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><u>Method:</u></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Lightly fry the garlic and leek in oil or butter, then add all ingredients and simmer until cooked....then blend. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br /></span>

<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Bring your attention to the top of your head. Imagine a

sense of how it is functioning, can you feel any tingling? What thoughts are popping
into your head? Is it swirling and moving, what speed is it, does it feel fast
or slow, a little small light or a big enlarged light. Can you see any colour
in your minds eye? Visualise again the
little violet light at the top of your head, watch as this violet glow starts
to gently spread out and get bigger as it spins. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Now bring your attention to your breathing- breathing in
relaxation breathing out tension (repeat).
As you breathe in, visualise
yourself breathing in violet light. With every in-breath you pull in more fresh
violet light, allowing it to fill your whole head and spread down into your
chest, out into your arms and hands. Down into your tummy, your legs and your
feet, filling you up with violet light. Allow it to fill your entire body,
while connecting with all other chakras. Breathing in violet light
(repeat). <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">As you breathe in this violet light it brings you connection,

connected, you are all knowing. Breathing in violet light (repeat). <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">(Closing down the Chakra): Bring your
attention back to the top of your head, to the violet light of the Crown
Chakra. Visualise the swirling violet light getting smaller, bringing it down
to around the size of a fairy light, bringing it back down to normal function.
Repeat to yourself “My Crown Chakra is working at normal function”. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; margin-bottom: 0cm;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">Bring your
awareness back to the flow of your breathing, in and out, in and out. Notice
the cool breath as it comes in through your nose and down the back of your
throat and into your lungs. Notice the natural movement of your tummy as you
breathe, in and out. Be aware of your full body again as it rests against the
floor. Bring your attention to your toes, and give them a little wiggle. Then
to your fingers and give them a little wiggle. Give your shoulders a little
shrug. Let yourself be aware of the room again, of all the sounds close by. And
when you feel ready to, you can open your eyes and bring yourself back to this present moment in time. <o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

throat and into your lungs.
And
when you feel ready to, you can open your eyes.</span><span style="line-height: 115%;"> </span></span></div>

and moving, what speed is it, does it feel fast or slow, a little small light
or a big enlarged light. Can you see any colour in your minds eye? Visualise again the little green light around

in green light, breathing out tension. Tell yourself you are loving, you are

<b style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 18.3999996185303px;"><span style="font-size: large;">feeling energetically drained by a person or</span></b><br />
<b style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 18.3999996185303px;"><span style="font-size: large;">situation. </span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 6.0pt;">
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large; line-height: 115%;">Think of a person that you wish to let go of or cut off from
or forgive. It might be someone who is presently in your life, regularly or not
so frequent. They might be near to you or far away. Or it might be someone from
your past. Visualise the person standing
in front of you. Think of your reasons for letting this person or issue to
leave your life. It may be because the person or situation harms your
well-being or causes you to feel negative emotions.. or simply because it is
time to let go of the situation once and for all. Let yourself feel all the
emotions attached to the situation and the person.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large; line-height: 115%;"> Now bring your
attention to your Solar Plexus, your stomach area… visualise a fine silvery
energy cord that reaches from your solar plexus to their solar plexus, this
silver cord that creates the link, the attachment to each other. See it radiate
and pulsate as it feeds the energy connection.
Every time you even think about this person or be in contact with this
person, the link between you is being strengthened.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large; line-height: 115%;">Now imagine that you have a big pair of golden scissors in
your hands… visualise yourself cutting through this energy cord with the scissors.
If it does not cut through the first time, do it again with emotional strength
behind it. Detaching yourself from this person.
Dissolving the connection.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large; line-height: 115%;">You are now completely detached. Now surround the person with healing green light, wish them well, bless
them with love and forgiveness for their journey and watch them turn around and
move off on their path.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: large; line-height: 115%;">Feel the release
around your solar plexus. Pull any remaining energy back into
your solar plexus.. just by simply telling
yourself “I bring all my energy back to me”. Now cover and seal your solar
plexus chakra with thick yellow light. You are safe and protected. You hold
your own power with love.</span></li>
